I know the problems. I know how well you want to service your clients. I already speak your same lingo and I can partner with you to document your planning process, implement the support and if you continue to grow help train the person you need to help you full time.
But, this way, you made the decision to grow. You weren't forced to do it and now the person who takes over is set up for success.
The process is focused 1st on understanding how you run your practice then 2nd implementing the strategies to accomplish your desired planning process.
We'll first have a discovery call to make sure we agree that working together can be successful. Then once you have thought it over and you'd like to engage we'll get started right away.
We'll develop an onboarding plan that allows us to collaborate on cases securely and we'll start to develop your financial planning system. This usually take 2-4 weeks. Once that is complete we will be up and running and quickly make changes as we have weekly checkins to see how the process is going. Once things are running smoothly we'll only meet when you want to.
And, when your ready to move on and grow further we'll start the exit process.
